The factory was newly built with modern advanced production lines, equipment and machinery, imported synchronously from Europe. The wall panel production line is imported from the Elematic Company (Finland), which is the most modern line in the world today in the production of wall panels. The batching plant supplying concrete for the production line is imported from the company Frumecar - Spain. With a construction area of about 1.2ha, the factory was built in the campus of Xuan Mai Company in Thuy Xuan Tien commune, Chuong My district, Hanoi, with a production capacity of about 200,000 m2 of wall panels/year.
Acotec Xuan Mai factory is invested 100% by XMC. The construction of the factory is divided into 2 phases: phase 1 has been completed so far with a production capacity of 200,000 m2/year; Phase 2 is expected to be completed in 2020 with a planned capacity of up to 1,000,000 m2/year, in order to meet the demand for unburnt construction materials in general and wall panels in particular in Vietnam. .
